Young Turks – India's Biggest Skill Contest — Job Update | Vishal Kushwaha

Young Turks is a skill-based competition offering students an opportunity to showcase their skills, compete nationally, earn recognition, and win from a prize pool of ₹20 lakh worth of cash prizes and goodies.

The Top 1 percentile participants will also receive a Certificate of Merit.

Eligibility

Open to students pursuing:

  • UG courses: Graduating in 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, or 2030
  • PG courses: Graduating in 2027 or 2028
  • Students from multiple academic backgrounds can participate.

Contest Structure

Round 1 – Aptitude Test

Date: 10–11 October

  • 60 MCQs
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Tests analytical ability, problem-solving, pattern recognition, and critical thinking.
  • Top 30,000 students qualify for Round 2.
  • Merit certificates for qualifying students.
  • Participation certificates for all participants.

Round 2 – Skill Assessment

Date: 31 October – 1 November

Qualified students can select one of five skill tracks based on their area of expertise.

  • 60 MCQs
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Compete for national rankings and prizes.

Topics tested: Programming algorithms, data analysis, AI concepts, and machine learning fundamentals.

3. Accounting & Finance

  • Commerce

Topics tested: Financial principles, accounting concepts, budgeting, and commercial knowledge.

Topics tested: Marketing strategies, sales techniques, communication skills, and business acumen.

5. Pharma

  • Pharmaceutical Sciences

Topics tested: Drug development, healthcare knowledge, clinical research, and industry regulations.
