Key Responsibilities

• Configure Wipro's proprietary Total Benefit Administration System according to client requirements.
• Set up and maintain system tables, parameters, and configurations.
• Test configured systems and validate expected functionality.
• Understand requirements and translate them into appropriate system configurations.
• Apply relational database concepts including tables, relationships, and keys.
• Write and execute simple and complex SQL queries.
• Work with DB2 queries and database-related activities.
• Follow SDLC principles and software development practices.
• Apply system testing and software quality assurance methodologies.
• Analyze complex problems and break them into manageable components.
• Collaborate with team members and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Eligibility

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take ownership of assigned work.
