Adani Solar is hiring Trainees for its solar power plant in Khirsara, Bhuj. The role involves supporting electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, HT/LT system operations, equipment inspections, safety activities, and maintenance documentation.
This is a good opportunity for Electrical Engineering freshers and diploma holders to gain hands-on experience in a large-scale solar power plant environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Support maintenance of motors, transformers, switchgears, MCCs, PCCs, and control panels.
- Monitor electrical parameters and report abnormalities.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and restoration activities.
- Support operation and maintenance of HT/LT systems.
- Participate in equipment inspections and safety audits.
- Maintain housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Follow electrical safety standards and permit-to-work procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during maintenance activities.
- Follow company SOPs, safety practices, and operational guidelines.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- OR B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
