Overview

Spektra Systems LLC is hiring for the position of AI-Native Software Engineer – Trainee. This is a remote position open to students and recent graduates across India. The role is focused on learning to ship complete work across the Spektra portfolio by directing AI coding agents.

Eligibility & Qualification

• Must be a fresher or early-career candidate (0–1 year experience).
• Must have built at least a few real projects using AI coding agents.

Required Skills

• Must have a good grasp of programming fundamentals in at least one language, such as TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Python.
• Must have a basic understanding of how the web works, including HTTP, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, and relational databases and SQL.
• Must have hands-on experience using at least one AI coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or similar) to build something real.
• Must have basic git knowledge, including commits, branches, and pull requests.
• Must have clear written English skills.
• Must be comfortable with feedback.
• Nice to have exposure to React/Next.js, Angular, or ASP.NET Core.
• Nice to have experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, Claude Code skills, or other agent tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Break small requirements into clear, agent-ready specs with acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Use AI coding agents to implement work in areas such as .NET / ASP.NET Core APIs, SQL Server, and Angular.
• Review agent output before raising a pull request.
• Get agents to write tests (unit, integration, and Playwright end-to-end).
• Build and update marketing pages while keeping each brand’s voice and design consistent.
• Help build small AI agents and automations that remove manual work across the business.
• Ship through CI/CD to QA and production on Azure.
