What You'll Do

Analyze telemetry and trace data with support from experienced engineers.

Understand software and hardware behavior on individual devices and at scale.

Investigate system issues using debugging and performance-analysis tools.

Identify opportunities for system and device optimization.

Contribute to designing and implementing performance improvements.

Develop, test, and maintain software across operating-system and application layers.

Follow sound engineering practices to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Participate in code and design reviews and incorporate feedback.

Use data to evaluate solutions and validate performance improvements.

Support engineering decisions through data-driven analysis.

Collaborate with team members and partner teams across the Windows ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

Education & Programming

Candidates must have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with proven coding experience.

Experience with one or more programming languages, including:

JavaScript

Python

Equivalent experience may also be considered.
