HROne is hiring Software Engineer Trainees for its Platform Engineering team.

This is a generalist, coding-first software engineering role. Depending on your strengths, aptitude, and team requirements, you may grow into one of two primary tracks:

Customer Engineering

Work on customer projects by:

Implementing and configuring solutions.

Building integrations.

Working on data modelling.

Developing backend and API solutions.

Solving real-world customer requirements.

SDET – Software Development Engineer in Test

Work on software quality and automation by:

Building automated test frameworks.

Writing functional, API, and regression test scripts.

Working on CI/CD quality gates.

Creating API documentation.

Preparing technical documentation for internal and external users.

Beyond these tracks, trainees can also contribute directly to core product development, including writing unit and integration tests and shipping production code alongside the platform engineering team.

Internship & Full-Time Opportunity

This position consists of:

6 Months Internship → Full-Time Opportunity

Full-time conversion will be based on performance.

The role is designed to provide broad software engineering exposure rather than placing freshers into a narrow specialization from the beginning.
