What You'll Do
Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications based on business requirements.
Develop software features and small feature sets.
Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and engineering best practices.
Work with methodologies such as:
Lean
Agile
XP
Follow practices related to:
Continuous Integration
Software Security
Product Security
Scalability
Documentation
Refactoring
Software Testing
Identify and escalate process and product quality gaps.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Write clean, maintainable, standards-compliant code.
Implement required functionality using appropriate technologies.
Apply data structures and algorithms to solve software problems.
Participate in automation initiatives and integrate new technologies into existing solutions.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them with minimal supervision.
Seek guidance when required and use sound judgment while working independently.

Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in:
Computer Engineering, or
Electronics & Communication Engineering
0–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong programming skills in systems/software development.
Proficiency in one or more languages such as:
Java
C
C++
Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
