Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) – NTT DATA — Job Update | Vishal Kushwaha
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client infrastructure, network systems, and solutions to proactively identify issues.
- Investigate and resolve first-line incidents and perform basic root-cause analysis.
- Handle ITSM tickets, service requests, and support interactions through phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Execute approved maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes.
- Follow SOPs and knowledge articles to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Escalate complex incidents to appropriate technical teams when required.
- Maintain smooth shift handovers and ensure service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to reduce recurring incidents and improve operational processes.
- Explore automation opportunities for request fulfilment and incident resolution.
- Support project activities, disaster recovery functions, and recovery testing when required.
- Update knowledge articles and document useful technical insights.
- Contribute to continuous service and process improvement.
