Eligibility & Qualification
- Third level qualification – preferably in a business or numerical discipline
- 0 to 2 years prior work experience – preferably in financial services and with Investor servicing
Required Skills
- Knowledge of hedge fund processing is a strong advantage
- Good administrative and organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with increased workloads at month-end
- Ability to work as part of a virtual team across different time zones and geographies
- Ability to use key financial systems and other IT tools
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the receipt of client and investor information through fax and email
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all investor activity
- Open new investor accounts ensuring compliance with fund documentation and regulations
- Process investor transactions in line with fund documentation and regulations
- Handle routine email and fax queries from investors and fund managers
- Provide investors with statements, contract notes, and other documentation
- Produce MIS and other internal operational reports
- Maintain complete and organized records of the fund
- Keep management in Mumbai, Westchester, and Dublin informed of operational issues
