LedgersCFO is hiring a Software Developer Intern to work on AI-powered accounting workflows. This role is based in Bengaluru with a remote work policy allowing for onsite or remote work. You will be one of the first engineers working directly with the founder on innovative accounting solutions.

Eligibility & Qualification

  • Pursuing or recently finished a degree in CS/Engineering

Required Skills

  • Solid JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
  • Familiarity with React and REST APIs
  • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
  • High ownership and problem-solving attitude
  • Bonus: Next.js, PostgreSQL, RAG/agent frameworks, or exposure to fintech and accounting

Key Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered accounting workflows including LLM pipelines for document extraction, transaction categorization, reconciliation, and compliance checks
  • Create internal agents and copilots to enhance accountant productivity
  • Develop client-facing products such as dashboards, API integrations, and reporting for US-India startups
  • Establish the engineering foundation as the company transitions to an AI-native product

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly stipend: INR 15000-30000
  • Can be converted to full-time after 3 months
  • Pre-placement offer for strong performers
