Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor servers, applications, networks, and services using monitoring tools
  • Identify, analyze, and respond to alerts and system events
  • Log, track, and escalate incidents to relevant support teams when required
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and health checks for infrastructure and applications
  • Maintain monitoring dashboards and ensure timely notification of critical issues
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation matrices
