Graduate Trainee – Talent Acquisition — Job Update | Vishal Kushwaha

Iris Software is hiring a Talent Acquisition Trainee to support its Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring top talent.

This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and employee onboarding.

The trainee will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and publishing job postings across various recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA graduates.

2024 pass-out candidates.

MBA is preferred.

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented approach to work.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
