Eligibility & Qualification

  • Experience in building and owning AI-native workflows in production.
  • Ability to lead discovery conversations and be accountable for customer outcomes.
  • Experience in handling production reliability, including metrics, alerts, and incident response.

Required Skills

  • Strong in Python.
  • Strong in TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Ability to design and build Cursor-powered workflows.
  • Experience in debugging real-world model failures.
  • Comfortable with end-to-end ownership of projects, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with customer engineers to identify bottlenecks and define success metrics.
  • Design and build Cursor-powered workflows such as large-scale refactors and incident fix pipelines.
  • Ship initial versions quickly and iterate to improve reliability based on real usage.
  • Own production quality, including tracing, metrics, and debugging model behavior.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders and communicate clearly about tradeoffs and results.
  • Turn built solutions into reusable patterns and contribute improvements to the core Cursor product.
