About the Role

Medpace is looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join its Information Technology team in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on developing and supporting administrative systems, modernizing legacy applications, and adopting new technologies.

This is a strong opportunity for early-career software engineers to work on real-world applications within a fast-growing global clinical research organization.

What You'll Do

• Collect, analyze, and document user requirements.
• Design, develop, modify, and support software applications.
• Participate in software validation, testing, and test-case execution.
• Follow the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements through maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members on projects, development tools, and procedures.
• Develop applications using C#, SQL, and ASP.NET.
• Contribute to modernization of existing applications.
• Potentially lead software development projects as experience grows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of SDLC and software release management.
