Good to Have:

 Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, AWS EC2/S3/IAM/VPC, Prometheus/Grafana, Python.

Qualification:

 B.Tech/B.E, BCA/MCA — preferably CS, IT, Electronics or related disciplines.
