dentsu Tech Hackathon 2026 is a technology challenge designed for candidates to demonstrate their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, business understanding, and ability to build practical solutions.
The challenge provides an opportunity to compete for roles such as Automation Intern, Data Intern, and Tech Tools Intern based in Mumbai or Pune.
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to take up a 3-month internship with dentsu, working on building and developing the proposed solution during the Build Phase.

Challenge Journey
Round 1 — Tech Round: Screening
Candidates participate in an online HackerEarth assessment designed to evaluate technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.

- 2 Programming Questions
- 1 SQL Question
Round 2 — Approach Deck Submission
Shortlisted candidates submit a 7–10 slide approach deck presenting their proposed solution to the Campaign Intelligence Workflow challenge.
The presentation should focus on:
- Solution approach
- Workflow
- Data modeling
- Integration
- Automation
- Feasibility
- Edge cases
- Technical structure
Round 3 — Interviews
Shortlisted candidates participate in interviews focused on:
- Technical depth
- Problem-solving
- Product and business understanding
- Technical approach
- Ownership
Round 4 — Build Phase
Selected candidates enter a 2–3 month in-office prototype build phase.
During this phase, participants work toward building the proposed solution with structured checkpoints and demonstrations.
