Overview
Clipboard is hiring an Onboarding Documents Associate to support and maintain the quality of onboarding processes for healthcare professionals joining our platform. This is a detail-oriented individual contributor role focused on reviewing and validating onboarding documentation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring professionals can get to work quickly while meeting compliance standards across facilities and regulatory requirements.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute against defined workflows, manage document queues, and improve internal processes, ensuring our onboarding systems remain accurate, efficient, and scalable.

Eligibility & Qualification
- Residence within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
- A wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps.
- A computer meeting the following minimum specifications: Intel Core i5 (8th Generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5 (2000 Series or newer), Apple M1 or newer.
- Minimum 12 GB RAM (16 GB recommended).
- A quiet and professional home workspace.
- A noise-canceling headset.
- Reliable internet connectivity and backup power or internet whenever possible.

- Nice to Have: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and task management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate onboarding documents submitted by professionals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Monitor and manage queues for document submissions, backlogs, and expirations during assigned shifts, acting on real-time prioritization.
- Own and execute daily tasks including document status updates, document mapping, resolving unread submissions, and supporting special projects.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements by reviewing internal policies and recommending updates that enhance clarity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve document-related inquiries and improve internal workflows.
- Communicate clearly via Slack and other internal tools to ensure alignment and resolution of issues.
- Stay informed on evolving documentation standards and product updates to ensure consistent, accurate decision-making.
- Meet targets for document review time, accuracy, and throughput, contributing to both individual and team performance goals.
Salary & Benefits
