CertifyOS is hiring a Client Success Associate in Bengaluru, India. This is a full-time remote position within the Operations department. The role involves supporting client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction with Certify's healthcare solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years of experience in client success, customer support, account coordination, or a related role; internship experience or a strong interest in health tech and SaaS will be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client Relationships by learning clients' business objectives
• Respond to Client Inquiries as a first point of contact for day-to-day questions
• Coordinate Client Projects by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Support Retention Efforts by monitoring client health indicators
• Build Product Knowledge to help clients navigate features
• Gather Client Feedback and share insights with relevant teams
• Assist with Training and Resources by preparing training sessions and materials
• Track KPIs and support the preparation of client-facing updates
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with sales, implementation, operations, and product teams
