As a Business Technology Solutions Associate, you will work with internal and client teams to understand business challenges, translate requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to the development and implementation of scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop technology solutions.
- Analyze business problems and translate requirements into technical designs.
- Design and implement technical features using appropriate technology stacks.
- Support development and problem-solving for client engagements.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, QA, SIT, and Unit Testing methodologies.
- Work closely with development teams to implement business requirements.
- Support project planning and implementation activities.
- Ensure solutions are delivered within timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance preferred.
Technical Skills
- SQL & RDBMS concepts
- Python or other programming languages
- Algorithms and Data Structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Big Data concepts
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Exposure to AI productivity tools such as Copilot and SQL generation tools
Additional Skills
- 0–3+ years of relevant experience in technology solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Willingness to travel to other ZS offices or client locations when required.
Work Model
