Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and build and maintain virtual training sandbox environments using technologies like .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, and REST APIs
  • Develop and maintain database and lab environments to support training needs, ensuring system health, reliability, and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues, including customer support escalations
  • Track and document environment access, procedures, and configurations across Blackbaud software training solutions
  • Coordinate with Curriculum Leads, Delivery Leads, Operations, IT, and external experts to meet install and environment requirements
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments (Azure DevOps, Azure PaaS)
  • Maintain integrations between core systems (e.g., Docebo Learn, Workday, Blackbaud Engineering System)
  • Administer API documentation libraries using Swagger/OpenAPI (Swashbuckle)
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to groom, plan, and deliver work; identify and resolve defects and technical debt
  • Improve environment quality through standards, testing, monitoring, and proactive alerting
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain process documentation
  • Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to meet project goals
