About the Role

Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare technology and services company with delivery centres in Chicago, Gurugram, and Manila, supporting 270+ provider organizations.

The Intelligent Automation team is building AI-powered automations to make healthcare operations faster, more accurate, and efficient. This entry-level role is designed for recent B.Tech, BCA, and MCA graduates who want to build a career in AI, automation, RPA, and Python scripting.

Selected candidates will receive training and mentorship to design, build, and test automations using visual workflow tools, AI models, and light scripting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and test automations using workflow/RPA tools and AI models.
  • Support the Intelligent Automation team in developing business and RCM workflow automations.
  • Write and maintain basic Python scripts for data handling, integrations, and automation tasks.
  • Analyze manual processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Document workflows, test cases, and process steps.
  • Monitor running automations, log exceptions, and escalate issues when required.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to prototype and test solutions.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

  • Completed B.Tech, BCA, or MCA.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language; Python preferred.
  • Understanding of logic, loops, functions, and basic data structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/spreadsheets and data.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to learn AI and automation technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Academic or personal projects involving Python, AI, scripting, or automation.
  • GitHub profile or technical portfolio.
  • Exposure to UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
  • Interest in healthcare technology and business processes.

Eligibility

  • Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA — completed degree mandatory.
  • Candidates currently pursuing their degree, with backlogs, or incomplete graduation are not eligible.
  • Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year.
  • Work Mode: Onsite, Gurugram, 5 days a week.
  • Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, with some flexibility.
  • Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates who can start soon are preferred.
