Eligibility & Qualification
- Fresher / recent graduate
- Degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA, Mass Comm, Design, Arts, or English
- No technical background needed
- Good written English; Hindi/Bengali for team communication
- Zero AI or coding experience is acceptable
Required Skills
- Curious and creative mindset
- Willingness to learn and figure things out
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Write product copy, ads, and captions using AI
- Create and edit images and videos with AI tools
- Build small automations to improve efficiency
- Test new AI tools weekly and provide feedback on their usefulness
Salary & Benefits
- Pay: ₹7,500 - ₹15,000 per month
