About the Role
Kantar is hiring an Analyst – Lift+ to work on its advanced brand measurement solution, which helps advertisers understand the impact of media and marketing campaigns on brand outcomes.
The role involves working with large-scale survey and campaign datasets, delivering analytics, creating client-ready insights, and contributing to automation and AI-driven analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and analyze campaign and survey datasets.
- Support brand lift studies across digital media platforms.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Perform quality checks to maintain analytical accuracy.
- Create client-ready PowerPoint reports and visualizations.
- Convert analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Collaborate with global Insights, Analytics, and Client Service teams.
- Improve reporting templates and analytical workflows.
- Contribute to automation using Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Stay updated with marketing measurement and AI-driven analytics.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in:
- Engineering / Computer Science
- Statistics / Mathematics
- Economics / Business Analytics
- Data Science or related quantitative disciplines
Technical Skills
- Strong Python knowledge.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Basic SQL / DBMS knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of statistics and data science concepts.
Preferred Skills
- Python and Machine Learning experience.
- Analytics, Data Science, Market Research, or Consulting projects/internships.
- Knowledge of MTA/MMM, attribution, experimentation, or brand tracking.
- Power BI, Tableau, or DBMS experience.
