Required Skills
- Proficiency with modern web/mobile frameworks (front-end & back-end)
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, vector databases or open-source AI tools is a plus
- Passion for solving real business problems with technology, not just isolated coding
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and clearly communicate with distributed teams
- Proactive attitude, asks insightful questions, and dives deeper beyond the immediate task
Key Responsibilities
- Map client business processes and translate them into robust software and internal tools
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and architectures tailored to client needs
- Create presentation decks and technical solution outlines for advisory engagements
- Build full-stack data and AI solutions, including dashboards, workflow automations, and AI-enabled features
- Contribute to commercial deliverables such as case studies, proposals, and thought-leadership content on technology, data, and AI
